Dutch design was in focus at Melbourne Indesign in 2016. Held 12th to 13th August, the Consulate-General of the Netherlands in Sydney supported an exhibit of products and designs by 12 Dutch brands including Space Furniture's Moooi.
The striking Moooi Carpets Eden Queen rug was the centrepiece of a display that included the Smoke chair, Container tables, Bart armchair, Paper table lamp, Chess table, Carbon stools and more.
Visitors were given the opportunity to discover the best in Dutch design and to enjoy some traditional Dutch ‘poffertjes’ and other snacks.

Following the success of the Space x Moooi Design Residency program, the newest design collaboration between Space and Moooi has unveiled a special edition carpet designed by acclaimed chef André Chiang – a design project that intimately traces the culinary history of Restaurant André one of the world’s top restaurants.
