Brazilian designers Fernando and Humberto Campana are well known for their furniture collections for Italian manufacturer Edra.
Collaborating with Edra since 1994, when then art director Massimo Morozzi spotted their Vermelha armchair and knew he had found two designers on the verge of something special, the two have produced continuous collections of furniture from their Sao Paolo studio that can be found in gallery collections around the world.
In tune with their interest in experimentation and non-traditional material playfulness, next month they open a solo show at the Carpenters Workshop Gallery in Paris featuring 10 of their latest pieces, including a plush armchair made from fury toys.
The Manufatura show opens on 1 April 2016 and runs until 22 May 2016. See the new collection on the Dezeen website.
