Luxury Italian brand Giorgetti is venturing into a completely new arena - real estate development. The company is working on a prestigious apartment project under their own name in Houston, Texas.

The 7-floor apartment project will contain 32 prestigious apartment. Each apartment is between 230 and 370 sq/metres giving the company opportunity to express the beauty and design excellence of their collection.

The building's exterior was inspired by Giorgetti's Origami cabinet.

The design of the building, and the project itself, was inspired by Giorgetti's signature material combinations and unusual furniture shapes. Inspiration for the exterior facade came from the Origami cabinet designed by Massimo Castagna.

Giorgetti's collections demonstrate design coherence and high-quality craftsmanship and this philosophy has been applied to the interiors.

Loose furniture included in the project include the organic forms of the Hug armchair, the geometric Erasmo table, and the timeless Progetti and Mobius armchairs.

The Giorgetti Hug armchair demonstrates the luxurious Italian brand's commitment to quality and use of unusual organic shapes in their designs.

Giorgetti's newly launched kitchens, available in two finishes with two colour options, also feature, alongside a customised walk-in wardrobe system.

Close attention has been paid to the details in the Houston project: the fineness of wood and leather contrasts with metals, glass and mirrors. The elegant character of all this is enhanced by the choice of textile accessories.
