
Designed by Vicente Garcia Jimenez and Cinzia Cumini, Spokes is a suspension lamp inspired by an everyday object - the classic bicycle wheel – with a nod to antique oriental lanterns and aviaries.
Soft in form, airy and lightweight, the design allows the light to filter into the room, illuminate surfaces and play light against shade.
The manufacturing process used by Italian lighting manufacturer Foscarini, bends metal rods to create the lamp's form and includes a small recess concealing the light source and turning the electricity cord invisible.
