Founder and head designer behind the Japanese design studio Nendo, Oki Sato likes to create what he describes as "small moments" in his work.His recent show in Tokyo titled Playful Shadows, featured 50 pieces from the Nendo collection across lighting, furniture and interior products, including the Sundial storage unit for Kartell and the Maki suspension lamp for Foscarini. In the accompanying interview filmed on location in Tokyo, the designer talks with Gestalen.tv about his work and inspiration.
